For this annual festival, restaurants on Brick Lane and Hanbury Street cook up special festival menus alongside traditional dishes from North India and Bangladesh.
From May 8 until the 15th Bangladeshi New Year Festival street party, with music and dance, as well as a market, in Weavers Fields and Allen Gardens. Visitors have the chance to sample the most tantalizing dishes from the cuisines of sample some of the most tantalising cuisine from Bangladesh, India and Pakistan.
